Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To support impactful projects in civic healthcare, the full-time remote Full Stack Engineer will design and develop backend systems and user interfaces, contribute to API development, and optimize data operations while collaborating with team members.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain data interactions while ensuring performance, scalability, and security
- Leverage test-driven development to create seamless integration between backend systems and user interfaces
- Contribute to the development of APIs, specifications, and data models for frontend applications and third-party systems
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Java (SpringBoot) and experience with Angular, Typescript, and Javascript
- Experience with test-driven development and automated testing suites
- Knowledge of database management, particularly with PostgresSQL
- US Citizenship or Green Card with residency for at least the past 3 years
- Ability to meet requirements for holding a position of Public Trust, including a successful background investigation
