Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To support the expansion of an AI-powered platform, the remote Full Stack Engineer will design and build backend features, including APIs and data pipelines, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance observability and feature management capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build, and ship backend features across the Vega platform, including APIs and data pipelines
- Own features end-to-end, from prototype and API design through production rollout and iteration
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape AI capabilities and ensure system reliability
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend systems
- Proficient in Go or similar languages and experienced in designing APIs and distributed services
- Experience with data-intensive systems, streaming pipelines, or high-volume data ingestion
- Strong product instincts with the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear solutions
- Familiarity with observability tooling or feature flagging is a plus
