Full Stack Engineer Pod Lead

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Engineer Pod Lead, this full-time position will combine hands-on software development in Java and React with leadership responsibilities, guiding a team to deliver high-quality features for gPanel while ensuring adherence to agile processes and technical direction.

Key responsibilities

• Actively write, test, and deploy high-quality code while mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
• Lead architectural and design discussions for new features, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Champion engineering best practices through code reviews and effective testing strategies, while ensuring predictable delivery of sprint commitments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science (BA/BS) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of five years of proven experience as a Software Engineer utilizing Java
• Minimum of five years of proven experience as a Software Engineer utilizing React
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in a Team Lead or comparable leadership role
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
