Job Summary
Leading a high-performing development team, the full-time salaried Full Stack Engineer Team Lead will architect scalable software solutions, develop modern applications, and engage directly with Army stakeholders to deliver impactful RFID technology solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Architect scalable software solutions while mentoring engineers and establishing best practices
- Design and develop React applications integrated with Java Spring Boot services for various Army environments
- Collaborate with Army stakeholders to gather requirements and validate technical solutions for mission-critical systems
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise applications
- Strong experience with React, Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
- Experience deploying applications in Microsoft Azure and knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Active Security+ certification and familiarity with Army or DoD enterprise network environments
- U.S. citizenship required with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
