Full Stack Growth Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full Stack Growth Engineer to lead initiatives focused on accelerating the growth of Link.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement experiments across consumer-facing Link surfaces
• Define growth and experimentation strategy in collaboration with engineering, product, and design leadership
• Establish best practices, frameworks, and processes to measure, learn, and iterate for compounding Link impact

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in full-time software development roles
• 2+ years of experience in a growth-focused role or team
• Deep understanding of A/B testing techniques and experimentation methodologies
• Ability to work across the stack and navigate different codebases
• Self-directed and capable of delivering scaled impact autonomously
