Full-stack Growth Engineer

Job Summary

To support product-led growth initiatives, the full-time remote Full-stack Growth Engineer will build and manage the self-serve user experience from sign-up to payment, implement experimentation disciplines, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product usability for a broader audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a self-serve sign-up and payment flow, ensuring a seamless transition from anonymous visitor to paid user
• Own the new-user journey to facilitate quick engagement with the product and apply the hook model to enhance activation
• Establish and manage an experimentation platform to run data-driven experiments and measure both short-term and long-term outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production systems with a focus on growth and experimentation
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks
• Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies, including statistical significance and cohort tracking
• Experience owning a product-led growth funnel end-to-end in a company with a mature experimentation culture
• Strong product analytics skills with tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
