Full Stack Java Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Full Stack Java Developer with 4-6 years of experience to lead enterprise transformation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business communications and data analysis while supporting existing systems during transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of legacy systems through agentic AI processes and cloud telephony solutions
• Collaborate with business leaders and engineers to implement REST APIs and ensure system performance
• Practice Extreme Programming (XP) methodologies including pair programming and Test Driven Development (TDD)

Required qualifications

• Expertise in Java 17/21 and Spring Boot 3.x
• 3-5 years of professional Java experience in production systems
• Experience with AWS cloud-native services, particularly Lambda and ECS
• Strong understanding of REST API design and unit/integration testing using JUnit 5 and Mockito
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly XP practices
