Full Stack Java Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Full Stack Java Engineer will develop, maintain, and integrate full-stack Java applications, primarily focusing on backend development with Java/Spring while collaborating with an agile team to enhance business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, test, and integrate applications and systems that support business operations
• Apply software engineering and test automation practices across the full software life cycle
• Collaborate closely with business and technology partners throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in full-stack application development using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and a JavaScript framework
• Experience with React or a comparable modern frontend framework
• Proficiency in developing unit tests (JUnit/Spock) and using version control
• Demonstrated learning agility and a collaborative attitude in team settings
• Self-motivated with a drive to innovate within an established technology stack
