Full Stack Lead (California)
Job Summary
Leading technical delivery and application modernization efforts, the full-time Full Stack Lead (California) will oversee cross-functional Agile teams and manage application releases for critical healthcare applications in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and delivery oversight for a cross-functional Agile pod supporting multiple enterprise applications
- Manage and prioritize application backlog, technical debt remediation, and platform enhancements
- Coordinate application releases and deployments, ensuring successful production implementations with release management teams
Required qualifications
- Strong experience developing and supporting full-stack applications using ReactJS and .NET Core microservices
- Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation
- Proven experience leading Agile software development teams and delivering complex enterprise applications
- Experience managing and remediating security vulnerabilities identified through SAST and DAST tools
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams
