Full-Stack Product Designer
Job Summary
Leading the design and evolution of member-facing and internal digital products, the full-time salaried Full-Stack Product Designer will manage end-to-end product design processes, ensuring intuitive and accessible healthcare experiences in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery, translating requirements into accessible digital solutions
- Apply service design methodologies to optimize healthcare ecosystems and improve user flows in collaboration with stakeholders
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs while ensuring designs meet WCAG accessibility standards
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of professional UX/Product Design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products
- Strong hands-on experience with Design Systems, including working with reusable components and extending component libraries
- Experience designing for complex, regulated healthcare ecosystems, preferably in Medicare Advantage or health insurance
- Proven ability to navigate complex workflows within cross-functional agile teams
- Proficiency in Figma and digital whiteboarding tools, along with strong technical documentation skills
