Job Summary

To support the growth of a leading newsletter toolkit, the remote Mid/Senior Level Full-Stack Rails Engineer will take ownership of building new features end-to-end, collaborating with the Engineering and Growth teams, and helping to scale and maintain infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of building new features end to end
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering and Growth teams to ensure delightful features for customers
• Help scale and maintain infrastructure as the company grows

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a full-stack Rails developer
• Strong writing skills for clear communication in a remote, async-first environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity and making independent decisions
• Fluency in using coding tools for efficiency
• Based in Europe, the Americas, or Africa, with the ability to work European or US hours
