Job Summary
A company is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer Tech Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide technical direction and architecture for key systems and services
- Collaborate with engineers and product partners to translate requirements into technical plans
- Organize and facilitate engineering work, including sprint planning and technical design discussions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership capacity
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience leading a group of engineers and driving technical delivery
- Proficiency in at least 3 programming languages, with Python highly desired
- Strong experience designing, deploying, and scaling distributed cloud-based systems
