Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full Stack Lead Software Engineer - Discovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex projects, collaborating with product, design, UX, and data science teams
• Build features to enhance client discovery and engagement, focusing on personalized experiences
• Provide technical leadership through mentorship, code reviews, and fostering team growth

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of professional software development experience, including a year in a technical leadership role
• Experience with front-end technologies such as TypeScript, Next.js, React, and CSS/Sass
• Extensive work with back-end frameworks, preferably Ruby on Rails
• Experience with GraphQL and Apollo, including API consumption and schema design
• Ability to set clear priorities and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
