Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal/Senior Software Development Engineer (Full Stack).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic architectures, securely integrating LLMs with backend systems
• Build and deliver full stack features that power AI agents in HR and Financial workflows
• Own services and experiences from development through production, collaborating in a team-first environment

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering for Principal level; 8+ years for Senior level
• 7+ years experience with a web development framework (Python preferred) for Principal level; 5+ years for Senior level
• 7+ years with a Relational Database (PostgreSQL preferred) for Principal level; 5+ years for Senior level
• Hands-on experience building AI agents using modern AI development tools
• Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
