Full-Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Full-Stack Software Engineer will enhance the Public Warning Portal and develop micro-services using Java and the Spring framework, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new products and interfaces while enhancing existing ones
• Participate in routine maintenance and testing activities for software products
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to break down Epics and Stories in Jira

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience with backend engineering using Java/Spring (Boot)
• 5+ years of experience with frontend engineering using Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with AI tools like Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar
• Experience with micro-services platforms and tools such as Kubernetes and Docker
