Full-Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the Public Warning Portal and integrate it with existing products, the full-time remote Full-Stack Software Engineer will develop and deliver micro-services using Java and the Spring framework, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a telco-grade environment.

Key responsibilities

• Developing new products and interfaces while enhancing existing products
• Conducting testing and documentation activities, and participating in routine maintenance
• Collaborating with the Product Owner to break down Epics and Stories in Jira

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of backend engineering experience using Java/Spring (Boot)
• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience using Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with AI tools like Codex or GitHub Copilot
• Experience with micro-services platforms and tools such as Kubernetes and Docker
