Full-Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team focused on AI-driven solutions, the full-time remote Full-Stack Software Engineer will own agent surfaces end-to-end, integrating LLMs and designing tools while contributing to the shared agent platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or more agent surfaces from LLM integration to backend orchestration and conversational UI
• Contribute to the shared agent platform, including tool abstractions and eval frameworks
• Shape technical direction on agent architecture and model strategy across the organization

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with production LLM-powered or agentic features
• Fluency in tool calling, prompt engineering, and building systems where LLMs are integral
• Experience with eval frameworks and observability for non-deterministic systems
• Full-stack proficiency with backend orchestration and conversational UI
• Strong sense of ownership and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
