Full-Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

Embracing a full-stack web-application engineering role, the remote Full-Stack Software Engineer I will write code, debug, and perform unit testing while participating in the complete application lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Write code, debug, and perform unit testing in all application layers and data access layers according to technical standards
• Participate in code reviews to ensure accurate code and design techniques are utilized
• Assist in full software lifecycle activities including project planning, requirement analysis, design, development, quality assurance, and documentation

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in full stack web development
• At least 1 year of professional experience with Ruby on Rails and a modern Frontend Framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Basic understanding of database design and querying, including knowledge of SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong sense of curiosity and openness to using different technologies
