Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

Building tools and automation for employment compliance, the full-time Full Stack Software Engineer will work remotely to integrate APIs, develop data pipelines, and create user-friendly UI/UX solutions while collaborating closely with the founding team.

Key responsibilities

• Build tools and automation that assist users in managing employment compliance
• Design and implement new features from scratch based on user feedback
• Set up initial infrastructure and continuous integration workflows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer
• Deep expertise in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, with familiarity in React, FastAPI, and Postgres
• Experience working at a startup or leading new projects from inception
• Strong collaboration skills and a deep understanding of product development
• Ability to solve novel problems and think critically about solutions
