Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote Full Stack Software Engineer will develop new features, design data models and APIs, and scale systems to support user growth while addressing performance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Stakeholders to develop new features for the product
• Design and build data models, services, and APIs to enhance the web application
• Analyze, debug, and resolve performance and correctness issues in the systems

Required qualifications

• 2.5+ years of industry experience, preferably in fintech or startup environments
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React, and Next.js frameworks, with a strong understanding of OOP principles
• Experience in web-app architecture design and a curiosity about system integration
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs and tackle new problems effectively
• Upper-intermediate level of written and spoken English for regular communication
