Job Summary
To support a growing engineering team, the full-time remote Full Stack Software Engineer will design and deliver technology that powers AI-driven conversations, build user experiences, and collaborate with product and machine learning teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build new features for AI voice and chat products, impacting millions of daily conversations
- Ship full stack end-to-end features quickly and participate in on-call rotations for live production systems
- Continuously improve systems based on performance metrics and customer feedback
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of full-stack software engineering experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, or real-time systems
- Proven experience in shipping maintainable solutions that scale to millions of users
- Mastery of TypeScript and frontend frameworks (React) as well as Node.js and Python
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Enthusiasm for AI, machine learning, and telephony
