Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing e-commerce startup, the full-time salaried Full Stack Staff Software Engineer will enhance logistics and operations by building, improving, and maintaining critical tools used by the team while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software systems to optimize logistics, supply chain, and operations
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering and CTO to understand operational needs and implement solutions
- Exercise independent problem-solving skills to ensure seamless business operations and software functionality
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in building complex software systems, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or fulfillment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
- Experience in balancing the improvement of existing software with the development of new solutions
- Passion for creating software that enhances the work experience and performance of team members
- Comfortable with iterative development processes, including launching tools before full completion
