Full Stack Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer for their remote engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement well-engineered, scalable solutions to meet healthcare partner and member needs
- Mentor and support junior developers in sustainable software engineering practices
- Advocate best practices across engineering and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Excellent understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented design principles
- Experience with payment platforms such as Stripe and understanding of security best practices
- 4+ years writing highly scalable web-based applications and 3+ years experience with PHP (Laravel or Symfony)
- 3+ years experience with relational databases (MySQL preferred) and 2+ years building and maintaining REST APIs
- Experience with Agile and Scrum practices and tools
