Job Summary
A company is looking for a Full Stack (RoR) Support Engineer to resolve complex issues and enhance customer experience with their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve support documentation and develop tooling
- Investigate bugs and drive resolution to ensure seamless care delivery
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a software engineering or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails, React, or equivalent technologies
- Foundational knowledge of relational databases and APIs
- Prior client-facing experience, preferably in a startup environment
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving recurring issues
