Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full-Stack Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Full-Stack team in planning and developing products end-to-end, optimizing high-scale solutions
Design and implement robust, scalable solutions using ReactJS and NodeJS, while actively contributing to coding
Mentor engineers, lead QA processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in software engineering
2+ years of leadership experience
Proven experience in developing full-stack applications using React, React Native, and Node.js
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL databases
Experience in collaborating effectively with technical and managerial stakeholders
