Full Stack Tech Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time salaried Full Stack Tech Lead will own the systems architecture for a scalable data ingest pipeline, mentor team members, and drive full-stack systems design decisions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end systems architecture for a scalable, resilient data ingest pipeline across edge and cloud environments
• Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend engineers, guiding technical decisions and establishing best practices
• Drive full-stack systems design decisions, including API architecture and UI component structure

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including prior leadership or mentoring roles
• Demonstrated ownership of systems architecture for distributed, scalable systems
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems components like Redis and RabbitMQ
• Full stack proficiency across frontend (React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) and backend (C#, .NET, Entity Framework)
• Familiarity with secure software development practices and CI/CD pipelines
