Full Stack Tech Lead
Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time salaried Full Stack Tech Lead will oversee the architecture and development of a scalable data ingest pipeline, utilizing technologies such as React, C#/.NET, and various messaging systems, while collaborating closely with product owners and designers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end systems architecture for a scalable data ingest pipeline across edge and cloud environments
- Lead and mentor frontend and backend engineers, guiding technical decisions and establishing best practices
- Drive full-stack systems design decisions, including API architecture and UI component structure
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including leadership or mentoring roles
- Proficiency in both frontend (React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS) and backend (C#/.NET, Entity Framework) technologies
- Experience with distributed systems components such as Redis and RabbitMQ
- Familiarity with secure software development practices and CI/CD pipelines
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
