Job Summary

To drive technical direction and mentor engineers, the full-time Full Stack Tech Lead with Security Clearance will lead an app team in a remote environment, focusing on full-stack development, systems design, and building secure platforms for military and government users.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, guiding technical decisions and establishing best practices
• Drive full-stack systems design decisions, including API architecture and UI component structure
• Collaborate across teams to launch features quickly and securely while championing automated testing and code quality

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including prior leadership roles
• Proficiency in full-stack development with strong skills in React, Express.js, and relational databases
• Experience leading AI-enabled development teams and implementing secure software practices
• Deep understanding of systems design, including REST APIs and state management
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance; active Secret clearance preferred
