Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full-Stack Technical Lead Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the quality, correctness, and timeliness of software produced by the engineering team
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and quarterly reviews to support the career growth of team members
• Provide hands-on coding support while also leading technical and managerial duties

Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of prior management experience in leading small engineering teams
• Experience with full-stack development, including frontend and backend technologies
• Familiarity with Typescript, React.js, Node.js, and Postgres is preferred
• Ability to collaborate with non-engineering stakeholders for product direction
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and remote team dynamics
