Full Stack Web Engineer

Job Summary

To support the expansion of AI capabilities, the full-time salaried Full Stack Web Engineer will design, build, and maintain high-performing, scalable cloud-native applications while working across the entire stack, from backend logic to user interfaces, in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the core automated workflow engine to ensure seamless orchestration between web apps and data models
• Collaborate with product and data teams to transition prototypes and internal tools into robust, production-ready features
• Ensure high-volume, low-latency performance for backend systems and cloud infrastructure

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building full-stack web applications with Python or Ruby on Rails, SQL databases, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Practical exposure to automation tools and experience in building automated agents or integrating RPA bots
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying scalable applications within a major Public Cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI development assistants into the coding workflow
• Proven ability to build out a complete vertical slice of a product based on specifications or mockups
