Fullstack AI Developer

Job Summary

Owning the fullstack experiences where clinicians and operators interact with AI, the full-time remote Fullstack AI Developer will manage the development of conversational interfaces, AI-powered clinical products, and ensure high-quality user experiences across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain conversational and agentic AI interfaces, ensuring responsiveness and clarity in clinical settings
• Embed AI features into HopperOS workflows, enhancing documentation and data interaction through natural language queries
• Oversee fullstack quality for AI features, incorporating user feedback to improve design and functionality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered
• 5+ years of experience in building and shipping production web frontends or fullstack products
• Hands-on experience with AI product development, particularly in chat or agent UIs
• Strong frontend development skills, including experience with real-time interfaces and state management
• Familiarity with healthcare software and integration standards like FHIR/HL7 preferred
