Fullstack Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Fullstack Engineer to join the remote engineering team full-time, this role will focus on leading technical initiatives, mentoring team members, and tackling complex software challenges that impact users' lives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and advocate for technical and product opportunities, contributing to both individual and team leadership efforts
• Establish best practices for engineering processes, including code hygiene and project timelines
• Address high-complexity problems, providing strategic input and hands-on support to drive impactful solutions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in designing and maintaining complex full-stack software
• 3+ years of experience in leading and managing a team
• Fluency in at least one backend and one frontend language, with a willingness to learn Python and JavaScript
• Experience in a startup environment and ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations
• Strong ability to ramp up quickly on product ecosystems to contribute to significant projects
