Fullstack Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic health-tech product team, the full-time remote Fullstack Engineer will build and ship features end-to-end using React, Node.js, and AWS while ensuring compliance with PII and HIPAA standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end for both frontend and backend development
• Refactor and improve existing services, enhancing maintainability and observability
• Clarify and execute on loosely-defined work to deliver high-quality solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production-scale web applications
• Proficiency in React/Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Python
• Ability to quickly learn new domains and tools as a hands-on generalist
• Experience with AWS services and CI/CD practices
• Proven track record working with US-based startups and stakeholders
