Fullstack Engineer
Job Summary
Building scalable backend services and contributing to user-facing experiences, the full-time remote Fullstack Engineer will enhance tools for creators managing podcast content while collaborating closely with product and design teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for episode and podcast management workflows
- Contribute to user-facing surfaces and frontend experiences using React and TypeScript
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver integrated experiences and improve system performance
Required qualifications
- Experience building and operating production backend systems using Java, Ruby on Rails, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with React and TypeScript, or eagerness to develop frontend skills
- Understanding of distributed systems concepts, including asynchronous processing and service-to-service APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate clearly across audiences
- Interest in podcast ecosystems and creator tooling
