Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building scalable backend services and complex frontend user interfaces
• Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and testable software

• Proven cross-cultural competency skills and ability to drive inclusion
• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs is a plus
