Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fullstack Senior Software Engineer for their Journeys Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features for the Customer Engagement System
Maintain and enhance existing frontend and backend systems across multiple platforms
Participate in code reviews, resolve production issues, and ensure system scalability

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of professional software development experience
Experience with React/TypeScript and backend distributed systems at scale
Proficiency in Rust and/or Golang, or a strong willingness to learn these languages
Knowledge of distributed system event streaming frameworks like Apache Kafka
Ability to own end-to-end software functionality and work closely with product owners
