Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong product thinking with the ability to understand user needs
• Experience in full-stack development across both frontend and backend technologies
• Familiarity with A/B testing and user adoption strategies
• Knowledge of performance optimization and scaling applications
