Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full stack experience shipping and operating production systems
• Strong skills in React and TypeScript with solid back-end fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with testing, CI/CD, and basic observability
• Track record of leading migrations or modernization work on live products
• Practical use of AI tools in workflow with the ability to verify outputs
