Fullstack Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a passionate Fullstack Staff Software Engineer to join the Babylist Health team in a full-time remote role, where they will lead the development of user-friendly health features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor fellow engineers while leveraging AI to enhance product offerings.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product team to create new health features, including product education and user support automation
• Architect and lead execution of team projects to scale Babylist Health's technical systems
• Mentor team members through design planning, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions
• Strong programming skills in modern web stacks such as React + Rails, Python/Django, or Node/Express
• Experience in e-commerce or consumer applications is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Genuine excitement about leveraging AI in software development
