Fullstack Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote Fullstack Software Engineer will design and maintain complex systems, collaborate cross-functionally to implement new features, and ensure the stability and scalability of the sales platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Work directly with co-founders to ship new features weekly and own central components of the application
• Collaborate with product, design, and other teams to drive and deliver on the product roadmap
• Debug production issues and proactively suggest improvements to enhance system performance

Required qualifications:

• Experience designing and maintaining complex or large systems
• Strong understanding of edge cases, failure modes, and system bottlenecks
• Proficiency in debugging and resolving production issues
• Commitment to best practices in software development and testing
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
