Fullstack Software Engineer
Job Summary
Joining the Embedded Payments team, the full-time Fullstack Software Engineer will build and scale a cloud-native payment orchestration platform, executing the full software development lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the full software development lifecycle across backend services and frontend interfaces
- Design and build well-tested, documented features that span APIs, data models, and UI
- Integrate components into cohesive, production-ready systems with appropriate observability
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a Computer Science/Engineering degree or equivalent
- Strong Node.js experience with demonstrated ability to ship production backend services
- Experience building React-based frontends that consume RESTful APIs
- Working knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with AWS or a comparable cloud platform
