Fullstack Web Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of AI systems for player support, the contract-based Fullstack Web Engineer will work remotely to design and maintain production-grade applications using NestJS, XState, and React, while managing the technology stack and troubleshooting complex LLM issues.

Key responsibilities

• Design and extend LLM applications and workflows using NestJS and OpenAI SDK
• Develop AI systems for player-facing chatbots and support agent tools
• Integrate with Model Context Protocol servers and manage asynchronous workloads

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with production LLM-powered systems such as chatbots or AI assistants
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, with experience in strict-mode
• Full-stack development experience across APIs, UIs, databases, and infrastructure
• Experience with state machine concepts and XState
• Solid understanding of REST API design and asynchronous patterns
