Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Analyst to support the design, modeling, and evaluation of a non-exempt incentive program pilot.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine non-exempt incentive plans based on applied experience
• Develop advanced analytical models to evaluate incentive costs, performance, and financial impacts
• Ensure compliance with FLSA and OSHA regulations in incentive design frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5 years of experience in designing non-exempt incentive plans
• Demonstrated knowledge of FLSA regulations and OSHA principles
• Proficiency in Excel and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python)
• Experience in gainshare or incentive-based compensation models
