Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in weekly vendor/TPA working sessions focused on enrollment and payment processing
Support onboarding/implementation of new employer groups and TPAs into the enrollment channel
Perform root-cause analysis on file/data issues and drive issues through resolution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
2+ years in an operations/analyst-style role (level 2+)
Hands-on experience with EDI transactions, specifically 834 enrollment files
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, queries) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with enrollment processing (group or individual ACA) is a plus
