Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Analyst to support ACA marketplace enrollment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in weekly vendor/TPA working sessions focused on enrollment and payment processing
Support onboarding and implementation of new employer groups and TPAs into the enrollment channel
Troubleshoot EDI enrollment processing issues and assist with operational support to internal partners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
2+ years in an operations or analyst-style role
Hands-on experience with EDI transactions, specifically 834 enrollment files
Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Experience with operational documentation and testing processes
