Functional Analyst I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Analyst I - Government Programs (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze operational systems problems to recommend and facilitate resolutions
• Provide operating information and training to customers to support operations systems
• Develop testing methods and conduct tests to verify operations systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 2 years of experience in an operational role (level 2 or above)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar applications
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
