A company is looking for a Functional Analyst I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Research and improve operations by analyzing systems problems and recommending solutions
• Support operations systems by providing information and training to customers
• Develop testing methods and conduct tests to verify operations systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 2 years of experience in an operational role (level 2 or above)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar applications
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work independently
