Functional Analyst I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Analyst I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Research and improve operations by analyzing systems problems and recommending solutions
• Provide operating information and training to customers regarding operations systems
• Develop testing methods and conduct tests to verify operations systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 2 years of experience in an operational role (level 2 or above)
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and similar applications
• Ability to work independently and meet established deadlines
• Experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and documentation
