Functional Analyst I

Job Summary

Providing operations support in a full-time remote capacity, the Functional Analyst I will research systems problems, analyze operational issues, and develop testing methods while ensuring effective communication with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze systems problems to recommend and facilitate operational improvements
• Provide operating information and training to customers, addressing inquiries and supporting operations systems
• Develop and conduct tests to verify operations systems, contributing to the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 2 years of experience in an operational role (level 2 or above)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar applications
• Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet established deadlines
