Functional Analyst I

Job Summary

Providing operations support in a full-time remote capacity, the Functional Analyst I will analyze problems, design solutions, and develop testing methods while assisting customers with operational information and training.

Key responsibilities

• Research and improve operations by analyzing systems problems and recommending resolutions
• Support operations systems by providing information and training to customers
• Verify operations systems through the development and documentation of testing methods

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 2 years of experience in an operational role at level 2 or above
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar applications
• Experience with Facets is preferred
• Knowledge of health insurance benefits is a plus
